Patio Gift Cards and Gift Packs

Please note that new price increases reflect dramatic increases in packaging and shipping rates. Orders for Rib Packages are shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and received two days later, unless the Overnight option is selected below. All Illinois shipments are delivered the next day. Orders received before 9:30 am will be shipped the same day. No orders will be shipped on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Next day shipping days are Monday through Thursday. Please understand we are shipping a PERISHABLE PRODUCT. Your perishable order requires The Patio to sign the delivery waiver that allows the package carrier to leave the package at the shipping address whether someone is available to sign for it or not. The product must be kept frozen or refrigerated the same day it is delivered. Refunds will not be issued. We cannot ship packages to Alaska or Hawaii. Packages are only shipped within the Continental United States.

GIFT CARD REDEMPTION TERMS

The Patio Restaurant Gift Cards are good toward future in-store food purchases only. We are unable to honor Gift Cards as a method of payment online at this time. When you receive your Gift Card, it is already active and ready to use at any Patio Restaurant location. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. Not responsible for lost or stolen cards. In-store purchases are deducted from Gift Card until balance reaches zero.
